Welcome to Nexgen for Marketing Solutions ("Nexgen," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (https://nexgen.jo) and the marketing production services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Nexgen for Marketing Solutions is registered and operates from Amman, Jordan, serving partners and brands across the Kingdom.

By engaging our services, you agree to:
Nexgen operates a structured sample approval protocol. Physical or digital proofs must be reviewed and formally approved by the partner before mass production begins. Once approved, any subsequent changes may incur additional costs and timeline adjustments.
We maintain full compliance with non-disclosure agreements and brand standards documentation. All brand assets and proprietary information shared with Nexgen are handled with strict confidentiality.
All pricing is outlined in the quotation or BOQ document. Prices are quoted in JOD or USD as specified. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated.
Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. Nexgen reserves the right to pause production or withhold delivery if invoices remain unpaid for more than 30 days.
Due to the custom nature of marketing production services, refunds are generally not available for work already completed or materials already produced. Deposits for cancelled projects may be partially refundable on a case-by-case basis, minus costs already incurred.
Standard production timelines will be communicated in the project quotation. Urgent production (48–72 hours) is available for selected items and may incur additional charges. Timelines are dependent on timely approval of samples and provision of required materials.
Nexgen provides professional installation services across all major cities in Jordan. Installation scheduling is coordinated with the partner and may be subject to venue/mall/municipality approval timelines. Nexgen ensures all fabrication meets municipality and mall compliance requirements.
All materials undergo rigorous quality inspection before dispatch. Any defects identified upon delivery must be reported within 48 hours. Nexgen will replace or rectify defective materials at no additional cost within the warranty period.
You retain ownership of all brand guidelines, logos, artwork, and assets you provide to us. You grant Nexgen a non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for the purpose of delivering our production services.
Custom designs and production artwork created by Nexgen become your property upon full payment, except for proprietary production processes, templates, and fabrication methods that remain our intellectual property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexgen's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the partner for the specific project in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Nexgen is not responsible for delays caused by third-party dependencies including municipality approval timelines, mall management scheduling, or force majeure events.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to brand strategies, pricing information, production specifications, retail expansion plans, and campaign details. Full NDA compliance is maintained throughout the partnership.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amman, Jordan.
